A deposit is required to secure your booking. This is also deducted from your final payment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All payments are due in cash, credit or debit. If you are running late, please inform us in advanced. You have a 10 min grace period. If you are 5 minutes late, you’ll have to pay a $15 late fee. If you are more than 10 min late your appointment will be canceled. Cancellations should be made 24 hours or more, prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be classified as a “no show’’, which will require a $15 cancellation fee before you are able to book in again. If this is not paid, you will be banned from booking. All services are non-refundable including deposits. In the event you experience excessive lash loss within 72 hours of your appointment please reach out so this issue can be corrected immediately.
